YSRCP’s General Secretary, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, vehemently refutes TDP’s alleged misinformation campaign regarding land titling. In a press conference held in Tadepalli, he accuses Chandrababu of sowing seeds of distrust in the system. Reddy questions the wisdom of the former head of government spreading fear about land ownership, emphasizing that the law in question is designed to curb irregularities and is yet to be enacted.

Highlighting the transformative nature of the proposed law, Reddy condemns TDP’s history of land grabbing, particularly under Chandrababu’s regime. Allegations of irregularities surrounding Web Land and CRDA projects further tarnish TDP’s reputation.

Reddy defends CM Jagan Mohan Reddy’s initiatives to combat land-related injustices, including the completion of land surveys in thousands of villages. He criticizes TDP’s obstructionist stance towards reforms in the land registration system, citing instances of corruption, including stamp scams, during Chandrababu’s tenure.

Emphasizing the digitization of land records as a step towards transparency, Reddy dismisses criticism over CM Jagan Mohan Reddy’s photo on passbooks, asserting that it serves administrative purposes.

In a scathing rebuke, Reddy questions Chandrababu’s genuine concern for the people’s welfare, highlighting the state’s dismal ranking in land dispute resolution. He accuses TDP of hindering progress and obstructing much-needed reforms aimed at benefiting the citizens of the state.
